Oven Baked Buffalo Wings
Ain’t no thang but a chicken wang. We love our finger food and we’re not quitting wings any time soon. But if you’re gluten intolerant like I am, not just any wing will do!
I made these to satisfy the craving and also the need to avoid ingredients that leave you feeling like death. The tapioca starch makes a wonderful coating and the ghee or vegan butter helps cut the heat of the hot sauce.
Out of 2 pounds of wings, I got none! that was how much my family loved these, even the littles. Crispy with a little kick, these oven baked buffalo wings are sure to please.

This is an older recipe and for some reason disappeared. I am going to have to rewrite it at some point, it disappeared during an upgrade.
