I am so stinkin’ excited about this post I could scream! A few months ago one of my favorite kitchen appliances died. At first I considered running out and replacing it but instead decided to keep an open mind and research a little. I saw different ads and posts for Blendtec blenders and was intrigued. So when I finally got my hands on one, I was blown away. This machine is mighty and then some! The touch screen and digital settings make it so easy to figure out what you are doing, especially if you are new to a high powered blender. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. In fact, I think I heard something to the effect of “YEEHAW” when my husband took it for a test drive the other night. And while I can’t confirm this, I think the motor might quite possibly be powerful enough to propel a small vehicle. It’s that rad. While I have not tried to blend an IPhone or Diamonds yet, I have successfully tried my yuca dough, these cupcakes + frosting, and several other Predominantly Paleo recipes! So today I get to offer up something really AMAZING! First I’ve used my new Blendtec to create a two part recipe. On this page you’ll find the recipe for PUMPKIN SPICE CUPCAKES!!! Then if you head over to Blendtec’s blog, you’ll find the CINNAMON FROSTING that pairs perfectly with it!! But that’s not all….
I AM GIVING AWAY A FREE BLENDTEC BLENDER PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

I would love to win this blender!
So many things that can be blended! I think since it’s fall, I’d use the blender for all things fall – like these pumpkin bars I’ve been wanting to make that use a blender for both the crust and the pumpkin layer 🙂
I’d make my own nut flour or nut butters!!!
Those look yummy!!!!!
Yup! I need this… Heh. Thanks for all the great recipes and giveaways. Love following your blog!
I would love to make these! I would also love to win a Blendtec!
Cupcakes look amazing!
I want a blendtec so bad! The amount of recipes are endless with this bad boy!
My 20 yo Waring is due to give out any day now and with all the nut butter I make, I could really use a more powerful machine at this point! This would allow me to try my hand at nut milks as well. Right now I just don’t have faith enough that something like that wouldn’t do in my trusty friend. Thanks!
I’ve heard and read so much about Blendtec, but I haven’t been able to bring myself to plunk down the $. So my smoothies are chunky and I don’t use my older two-speed blender for much. I’d love to try regular recipes as well as smoothies, nut butter, and the typical blender items.
I love all of your recipes. Your yuca dough is a game changer for me. I can’t wait to introduce water chestnut flour into my ingredient rotation as well. Like you, I have a blender that’s on its last leg so I’ve been trying decide which way to go (vitamix, blend tech, or ninja). Of course, cost is a factor, but your endorsement will make me look at blend tech a little closer. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to do it for free! 🙂
There’s something about this time of year that makes pumpkin and pumpkin spice things a need! I will definitely be trying these!
I’m dying tho try the pumpkin spice cupcakes for an upcoming potluck…where do I get chestnut flour? Lol, if I win the blender, I’ll be making my own flours at home!
WATER chestnut flour can be found at Asian markets and also on Amazon!
I would love to make the yuca dough as well as blend purees, smoothies, soups, endless possibilities!
Thank you for the recipe first of all… anything pumpkin is a favorite of mine (& my hubby’s). Also thank you for the opportunity to win this Blend-Tec… if I win, it’ll be just in time, my Ninja blender thingy is just about dead. 😉
I need this blender because my entire family is trying to fight Lyme disease and we need something that will make baking Paleo easier. I just can’t make things smooth enough with my current blender for my kids with sensory texture issues. Thanks for the giveaway!
Yay blender!
is there any substitution for the water chestnut flour?
My current blender struggles with the yuca dough. I make it twice a week. I quickly toast it and put almond butter, honey and banana on it as a snack. Of course it’s great for roll ups too. Thanks and keep up the amazing work.
Give it to my mom.
I have a used blender from ebay, and although it is PURPLE, its pretty old… I’ve always wanted a poweful, multispeed blender!
MY blender is sooo old. This one looks fantastic! I will be making your pumpkin cupcakes, smoothies and almond milk, to start!!
I would use the blender to make the following items listed in order of importance: mayo, toasted coconut butter, then batters for baked goods. Thank you for doing this fabulous give-away.
Would love to win this! We make smoothies everyday and our blender is absolutely terrible.
I definitely need this!
Mmmm I need this….I could finally make my own nut butters
I can’t wait to say “winner, winner! Chicken Parma-Paleo dinner!” 🙂
What an amazing giveaway!:) I have always wanted a Blendtec to use for my daily creations:) Thank you for the opportunity, I love your site!
Sweet recipe! Im curious, is there a substitute for water chestnut flour? I cant afford to keep buying specialty flours. Thank you!
I don’t have a sub for it but it costs around $1 at the Asian market if you have one nearby!
I NEED this blender! My Ninja is on it’s way out and I have been dreaming and fantasizing about getting a Blendtec for a LONG TIME!! LOL! I would make the wonderful Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes first, of course.
Thank you for this awesome giveaway and recipe
Would love to win a Blendtec! I’d make these pumpkin spice muffins!
I have been needing a new blender for a while but dragging my feet because a good quality one will be so expensive. I would so love this Blendtec! Thank you for all the great recipes and information!
Yum!! These cupcakes look amazing! Would love a new fancy blender!
Thank you for all the yummy recipes and for a chance to win. I have been wanting and needing this blender. It would really make my life easier. Have an awesome weekend!
Ummmm yea I need this. I borrowed my sister in laws while writing my whole book. I miss it dearly now.
I would love to win a Blendtec!! I’ve been looking at them for quite some time, I’ve just never had the money to purchase one. Love this recipe too! 🙂
I’d love a Blendtec and the recipe is awesome too!
Thanks for this chance to win!!! My old blender doesn’t have enough power to get the job done. 😉
I need this blender because I love blendtec blenders and my blender broke. I would make pina colada and green smoothies.
Why do I need this…ah geez why DON’T i need it…we bake everything Like most paleo families and so we go through blenders food processors etc like crazy! this would last! Wanna try these cupcakes soooo bad…but would probably go with my cinnamon swirl bread recipe first if I won!
This blender could be my lifesaver.
I would love the blend tech so much. Thinking of a million uses!
most happily i have a new vitamix so another person can have my space on that…but wondering if there is another option for the water chestnut flour…i have various nut flours and coconut flour… thanks
These blenders are awesome i have wanted one for making soups for years.
Since I’ve moved over to natural living, my hand mixer just isn’t doing the job! This Blendtec blender sounds awesome!
Thank you so much for hosting this giveaway! I would love to have a blendtec someday!
I would make the pumpkin cupcakes. Would really like to win the Blendtec since I would use it daily.
I would love a blender to make soups and smoothies.
We’ve been dreaming of a Blendtec for years. Thanks for the giveaway!
i would use this to make my delicious almond butter and other yummy stuff thanks for the chance 🙂
The first thing I’d make is a green smoothie. After that, coconut butter!
I would LOVE a blender so I can make protein smoothies for breakfast. I have multiple food allergies/intolerances, and breakfast is the hardest meal to prepare. ( allergies to EGGS, and dairy). My nutritionist keeps urging me to try smoothies for bkf, but I have not invested in a blender yet.
I need it so I can make soups and smoothies and make my life easier and better.
The first thing will be a butternut squash soup.
Saving my pennies and doing my research too on blenders, so thanks for the opportunity to enter to win one! My old blender died and I have been making almond milk in my 20 yr old food processor. Almond milk would definitely be the recipe.
Been looking for the perfect blender but saving up for our wedding has put the finances for one on the back burner! I don’t even know what I’d make first since the options are limitless
This recipe looks great! And I hope I win!
I have been wanting a blendtec for a while! I would make nut butters and soups with mine.
I’ve always wanted either a Blendtec or Vitamix, but they’re so expensive. Honestly I want one so that I can blend things up better. There are some ingredients that just need a high powered blender in order for the recipe to work. Plantains are hard to work with and would blend up perfectly in a Blendtec. The first thing I would make would be a smoothie, followed by pureed Butternut Squash soup, and then a nut butter.
I love your recipes and giveaways. Thank you!
I need this blender because my current blender is an ancient Oster that won’t even properly blend cauliflower and cheese. The pitcher part is plastic and so spiderwebbed with cracks that you can’t see what’s inside. The first thing I’d make would be your awesome sounding pumpkin spice cupcakes.
Those cupcakes look yummy!
AH! This would be so super amazing as I am transitioning and adapting to this new lifestyle! YAY!
A blender would be great. I would love something to make smoothies in.
This recipe looks fantastic for my post-21DSD November, but what I would love most to make in a Blendtec would be green smoothies, pumpkin/gelatin pudding, and kabocha squash soup!
I don’t have a good blender but need one for my yuca dough!
Dang! Those cupcakes look amazing!
The first thing that I am going to make with this Blendtec is
my daily smoothie, except now I’ll be able to use whole fruits and vegetables to up the nutrition level!
My coworker just told me about BlendTec blenders today! My blender is terrible – of course it never occurred to me to look for another one, I just lived with it. Then I found out that my mom has a Vitamix and it is apparently the best thing since sliced bread. Since I can’t eat grains, I don’t really have a response to that . . . But dadgum!! That is one expensive blender.
I was telling my coworker about my discovery (of my mom’s blender and the cost) and she mentioned that she has a BlendTec blender and it was significantly less expensive, but well worth the money.
Then I saw this post. It must be . . . sheer coincidence, lol!
I would love to make the cupcakes, but I’m diabetic and anything even resembling bread makes my digestion come to a complete stop for 2 or 3 days. I will, however, look longingly at the picture of the cupcakes for several days to come.
I would definitely make those pumpkin muffins!!
I need this badly! I am under treatment for Lyme disease and co-infections, and my 9 yr old and I were diagnosed with several food sensitivities – the integrative doc recommended that I get a VitaMix to help with my new diet requirements, and I’ve been comparing the Blendtec and Vitamix for a few months now. I think the first thing I would use it for would be to make my own ground nut flour (we have to be grain and gluten free).
I’d love to have one of these blenders! I’d be able to jump right in to the paleo lifestyle and make all of your yummy recipes.
Question – I don’t have water chestnut flour (first I’ve heard of it) so what can I add instead? More coconut? More arrowroot? Maybe rice flour or tapioca? We are grain and gluten free (and I can’t do almond flour though my daughter can eat it).
Not sure of an exact sub, you could try more arrowroot or rice flour but I have not tried that. Maybe just play around!
Oh, and my daughter has to be egg free so I will have to use flax goo for the eggs.
I have never had or used a Blendtec and would love to try one. I would make breakfast smoothies.
I would love the Blendtec! I have heard that it is easier to get the stuff out compared to a Vitamix. I would make almond butter as that is always a hard one to scrape out! Thanks!
Just started paleo after awful roller-coaster dieting and reaching my highest weight after losing my job, my home, and long-term relationship. Ready to turn it around – would love a new gadget! Blendtec, please!
Awesome giveaway!! Pick me!!! 🙂
Would love to have this!
I have been without a good blender for a while…. I would make pancakes first with this!
SO amazing! What a generous giveaway. I can’t wait to try this pumpkin cupcake recipe!!
I need a good, powerful blender! My blender is 20 years old and barely makes a milkshake. My son has soooo many allergies. I see a lot of recipes using Blendtec and wish I could make them. I think I’d make a yummy vegetable soup if I won. The weather is finally cooling off here in Long Beach, CA… It was only in the high 70s today 😉 (may not be soup weather, but I still like soup in the fall!)
You rock the house, if it’s powerful enough for that sticky yuca dough them this machine is the bomb. It is much easier to clean than the vitamix also.
definitely need to make a good cheesecake filling and some pestos!
I can’t wait to try this recipe! Thanks for the opportunity to win the fabulous Blendtec. I’ve been wanting one really bad.
I would so love to win this as my daughter is saving to start her own business and this would be a great boost for her. Thanks for the chance.
I. Need. This…as I cook literally everything from scratch to help family stay away from food allergy and intolerance ingredients. What a time-saver! I’d love to use it to make these pumpkin spice cupcakes!
I would love to win this Blendtec. I think it would be great for making soups and fantastic smoothies.
I want to make these!
Love this blog. Wonderful recipe
I have never used a Blendtec….really not sure what I would make first….evertything sounds amazing!
My blender is so sad! It just doesn’t give me what I need. This looks great!
Ohhhhhh, I would so love to have this blender. I have been jonesing for a a high-powered one for months. this is one of the best.
This blender would make life a little easier! My blender is used so much It’s on its last legs.
These look delicious:) Thank you!
I love Blendtecs!
I think I would make the cupcakes first!
I would love to win and I love your blog.
Looks great! (and the cupcakes look awesome too)
I’d love to have a blendtec to make delicious smoothies for my family….and sneak some spinach in there without them noticing.
a super power blender is essential for a healthful diet! thanks so much for the giveaway! 🙂
This blender would be very useful in helping satisfy my almond butter addiction!!
I wasted my money on a health master that I’ve had to pay twice for shipping just to get a replacement,. I haven’t had my daily green smoothie in 3 weeks! So green smoothies and I want to try the yucca dough.
I would love to win so I can make nut butters and milks!
Yum!! If I won the Blendtec, I would start with the creamiest soup ever 🙂
I can’t wait to try this recipe 🙂
I want to make nut milks and my 35 year old oster blender just isn’t up to the task
I can’t wait to make these muffins and the icing using my new blendtec blender…Hint Hint
I have a vitamix but I’ve heard awesome things about the blendtec! I like that the jar is wider and shorter too.
Well, I don’t really “need” the blender, but I’d love to compare it with my Vitamix. I’d make smoothies and sauces.
Is there a substitution for chestnut flour?
I’ve been wanting a powerful blender fire awhile now. I think the first thing I would make is nut milk, specifically Brazilian nut milk. I don’t think my current blender would do a good job. Plus there are some sauces I make that my blender just doesn’t get smooth enough.
I SO wish I had a Blendtec! I’d be stoked to make awesome nut butters, flours, and smoothies.
Smoothie, most definitely!
I would love to receive this so that I could gift it to Mom for Christmas. She has been wanting one for a long time now.
Would love to have this in my kitchen. Can’t wait to make these pumpkin spice muffins! Yum!
These cupcakes sound amazing! Can’t wait to try them!
Yummy Cinnamon frosting. Still new at paleo, your yummy recipes are making it easier.
I would very much LOVE the Blendtec. It would make Paleo-izing my family recipes so much easier. Cannot wait to try these cupcakes. Thank you SO much for everything you do & rocking it. Keep up the great work!
We are smoothie addicts over here! And nut butters!
My blender died a long time ago! I have been using my mom’s that she bought in the 1970’s but I can no longer get the bottom unscrewed! I would like to try your cupcake recipe!
I have no blender believe it or not. a broken magic bullet check! a broken ninja, check! This would be awesome!!!!
I would make my “cheesecake batter” so I won’t have to keep borrowing my neighbor’s! I have no blender!
This would be amazing to win for our family!!
making these with a few substitutions, Fall weather is here and pumpkin spice is in the air!
I would make green smoothies.
I would love to make my own nut butters!
Two of my favorite things! Pumpkin and professional type small appliances!
Ever since my son has been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I have been doing tons of research to see how we can help his condition through healthy eating. I am definitely going to try these muffins! A blender like this would definitely help make so many recipes I haven’t even attempted.
With winter on our doorstep, I would LOVE to have this blender to help make soups to stock up for quick lunches and dinners.
Those cupcakes look excellent! I was just going to make pumpkin muffins – maybe we’ll try these instead!
I would love to donate this blender to my kids’ school. They serve smoothies at snack time & they REALLY need a Blendtec to make the process easier!! The ancient blenders they use are terrible!!
I would love to win because it would be great to make blended soups in this fall!
I’d LOVE a blendtec blender to start making healthy smoothies for myself and my kids!
Looks tasty
These look delicious, and the Blendtech looks amazing.
These cupcakes look perfect! But I’d probably start by making some nut butter with the blender. I love homemade nut butter and it takes forever in the Cuisinart!
I would love to win this! Our old blender is likely to poop out on us soon, and I would love to make more (and better) protein shakes and nut/coconut butters! 🙂
Thanks for this opportunity! I would love to make almond butter first! 🙂
Ah I need these cupcakes and a Blendtec in my life!!! 🙂
mmm these will be great with the pumpkin spice creamer I just made from the recipe you posted!
I need this blender to compliment my new kitchen! First I will make more pumpkin spice creamer and maybe some apple crisp!
I wish I had a Blend Tec!
Oh Blendtec! I’ve had my eye on you for so sometime now but my budget saids no. The possibilities of using the Blendtec blender on a daily basis are endless. From smoothies for breakfast, to hummus/vegan dips with lunch, nut butter for snacks, to soups with dinner and countless other recipes found on this amazing website. And less not forget desserts! I’m thinking fruit purées with cooked quinoa, just to keep it on the the healthy sides. Thanks for the opportunity!
I would love to win this. One because I cannot afford one and two I would make anything that would be aip friendly. Thank you for a chance to win.
Love your recipes. The blendtec would be awesome.
I’m looking forward to trying this recipe.
Wow! These cupcakes would be PERFECT for my daughters 2nd birthday next month! I don’t have a blender at all right now, so a Blentec would be out of this world! Fingers and toes crossed! Thanks so much! 🙂
I need it because my NutriBullet (only blender I have) is leaking like crazy and I use it at least once a day – time to upgrade!! And I’d definitely make these first… I’ve been waiting since you first posted the teaser for the recipe! Yum!!
Yum! I would love this blender to make green smoothies, nut butters, and other healthy meals.
I definitely would love to win. I have tried a lot of blenders time for an upgrade.
Such a FAB giveaway! Thanks for the chance to win! I would make my daily green smoothie first thing! 🙂
Pumpkin Spiced cupcakes !!!!! and a BlendTec Yeay !!!! I’m plant based and the BlendTec would be awesome. I cook for a few people and the Blender will improve the variety and nutrition that us Silver haired people require.
These cupcakes look delicious!
I would use a Blendtec to make smoothies and sauces!
I can’t wait to try these.
These cupcakes look so yummy!
Thanks for the recipe, can’t wait to try them out!
Can’t find the Cinnamon Frosting recipe on the Blog?
I would love to win this, we have an older ninja but it’s not very good at blending things smoothly, I have a picky eater and it would be so amazing if I could get a smoother consistency on some stuff, like smoothie and sauces. I hide a lot of veggies and fruits while still trying to get her to try food at a slow pace without sweating she’s getting enough… I guess if make a smoothie or pasta sauce or healthy Popsicles. Thank you for the chance! 🙂
My family is on a mission to eat healthier and the blender really help with that! I would make a big batch of berry smoothies, yum!
I could really use a great blender like this. I have hashimoto’s and I’m already gluten free and nightshade free. I’ve been grain free for about 30 days now and plan on staying paleo. I would love to be able to make all sorts of yummy stuff with this blender. I think I would make paleo ice cream first! Yum!
I would love to try my hand at almond butter and some soups!
I would SO appreciate winning this blender! It would be a huge gift for me as well as my children.
Thank you for the opportunity.
Where do I start? Almond milk, banana ice cream, coconut milk, these cupcakes, and the list goes on! Maybe easier to answer what I would not make 🙂
I am now on blender three and am still seeking blender zen! Perhaps I should use them to mark the changes in my journey from wheat eater to gluten free to paleo to ketogenic. The recipe looks like something a bit different from the mixtures I’ve tried before and while it’s too carb heavy for me, my husband and daughter will happily taste test these for me! Thanks so much for the recipe and the opportunity to achieve blender zen!!!
These look wonderful!
It would be soooo amazing to have a blendtec!! The only way I well get one is to win it, LOL! Can’t wait to make these cupcakes 🙂 Thanks for all the great info and recipes you give us. I for one am grateful!
What I could make with one of these … 😀
I would give this to my daughter as she is always making me something delicious!!!
Mmm, those look so good! Perhaps I could also make them with butternut squash? We seem to have a lot of those fresh from the garden!
My mom has a Blendtec and man, they are expensive, but they are wonderful!
With an emphasis on more whole foods, especially vegetables and fruits, it would be a real asset to have a Blendtec in the kitchen. I would love to try out some new blends and recipes.
Looove Blendtec! As a military family we always look for ways to cut down costs and with this blender I can make a lot of recipes!!
i need this because my old blender broke. i would love to make smoothies with this.
Yummy!! My kids would love these cupcakes 🙂 I’d love to win a Blendtec. My Magic Bullet and blender are broken!
To make our own almond milk and nut butters!!
I have a ninja and have been beyond disappointed! Issues with it have actually ruined recipes. The cost of the ingredients plus the cost of an expensive blender that almost never works (huge chunks and it never blends the bottom inch of the container) have pretty much halted any further incorporation of new recipes and such into our tiny family. I want to try stuff with this yucca dough but I won’t even buy it right now because I have nothing that can handle mixing things appropriately. A Blendtech is something I’d only ever be able to get my hands on by winning, so awesome post and I hope I’m lucky!
I would love to win! I need a powerful blender
im trying to eat healthier and i would love to make chocolate smoothies with this.
I need this so I can make nut butters and non-dairy ice cream. The first thing I’d make is soup.
Yum! I’d definitely make a lot of smooth cashew creams with this.
I NEED this blendtec blender because I have a family of 5 that is trying to stay eat in the paleo way. My life would be sooooo much more effecient with a beautiful machine like this.
I would immediately make coconut butter, we all love it!
I would use the Blendtec as a tool in my arsenal in my fight against autoimmune disease. I would make breads, tortillas, crusts, pastries, sauces, soups, mayo, aiolis…the possibilities are endless, and I am so excited about even the thought of getting my hands on a Blendtec!!!
Lovely blender…and I could really use one right now…mine’s on it’s last leg.
I’d love a Blendtec. Those muffins look great!
Great giveaway! Would love to win because I am just starting aip and need all the help I can get!
I need this Blendtec blender because I have always wanted a high quality blender and I would make a smoothie first.
I already make many of your recipes for my family and we love them. This would just make it easier. Thanks for the giveaway.
I’ve been curious about this blender as well! Thanks for the. Chance to win one!
These cupcakes sound great! I’ve never used chestnut flour. Guess I have to go shopping!
