With 101 ways to hard boil eggs, why not try one more?! My Easy Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs take 0% prep for 100% of the work done for you.
I hesitate to call this a recipe, I mean you literally place the eggs in an air fryer and push a few buttons. But truth be told, some of the simplest concepts are the ones we use most often, especially during rushed times. What I love about Summer is the feeling of being less scrambled – but with having the kids home, I find they are extra hungry and somehow need 27 meals a day.
So while the kids have been at camp this week, I’ve been strategizing about how to keep these nuggets fed when they get back home. One of my favorite memories growing up was having sliced egg sandwiches on toasted bread at my grandmother’s house. She used one of those old school egg slicers and served them while they were still warm with a little salt and pepper. I’ve written this “recipe” for IP hard boiled eggs as well, but I gotta say I was shocked out how perfectly they came out of the air fryer. Who woulda thunk!?
Do you have a favorite method for hard boiling eggs? Are you open to trying a new way? If so I’m loving this one and cannot wait to make even more recipes in my air fryer!!!

I’m so late to the air fryer party… ? unfortunately every link I’ve tried does not show your favorite fryer.. can you please let me know which one you are so find of…. every time I have went to the store and worked of the nerve to even look at one and put it in my basket I always find a reason to put it back on the shelf because I’m never sure of the performance.
