So you can’t do pumpkin everything you say, I get it. When the leaves turn, I am probably most excited about leggings, Uggs and fires in the fireplace, and least excited about the onslaught of PSL enthusiasts. Don’t get me wrong, I can hit a stack of my PUMPKIN PANCAKES [3] or LOAF [4] but I can also empathize with people who are less jazzed.

So today I got real excited when I realized that it was 2 days from October and apple cider is back on store shelves begging to come home with me. Mind you, I don’t actually like hot apple cider so much, but all the things you can make with it?! Yes! I immediately saw it at my local store and thought, apple cider fritters, so today I made it happen.
