‘Lala’ Truffles

‘Lala’ Truffles

These are a combination between Lara bars, truffles, girl scout samoa cookies, and the best healthy food you ever ate! Thanks to my mom, the girl scouts, and the price of Lara bars for the inspiration. My kids were literally fighting over them as quickly as i could roll them and the batch is gone! Back to the kitchen I go!

These are absolutely perfect for travel too by the way.  Just make ahead and refrigerate until you are ready to hit the road. You’ll love how portable they are and they are shelf stable for awhile too. We typically make a giant bag before we travel for some easy to access protein!

You can also add in some other ideas like chia seeds or a variety of nuts. There are endless combinations that make these just as delicious as the original here, so let your mind go wild! You can find more great kid-friendly recipes in my Paleo Kids Cookbook [3] as well, which I wrote with my own 3 kiddos as taste testers!
