‘Lala’ Truffles
These are a combination between Lara bars, truffles, girl scout samoa cookies, and the best healthy food you ever ate! Thanks to my mom, the girl scouts, and the price of Lara bars for the inspiration. My kids were literally fighting over them as quickly as i could roll them and the batch is gone! Back to the kitchen I go!
These are absolutely perfect for travel too by the way. Just make ahead and refrigerate until you are ready to hit the road. You’ll love how portable they are and they are shelf stable for awhile too. We typically make a giant bag before we travel for some easy to access protein!
You can also add in some other ideas like chia seeds or a variety of nuts. There are endless combinations that make these just as delicious as the original here, so let your mind go wild! You can find more great kid-friendly recipes in my Paleo Kids Cookbook as well, which I wrote with my own 3 kiddos as taste testers!

I love the idea of making ‘Lala’ Truffles! The geometry dash lite recipe on this page seems simple yet delicious. The combination of ingredients mentioned, like coconut oil, honey, and cocoa powder, creates a tempting treat. I appreciate how the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Have you tried adding any personal twists to these truffles? I wonder how they would taste with a sprinkle of sea salt or a touch of almond extract. Experimenting with flavors could make these truffles even more exciting! What variations would you consider trying to make them your own?
